I began quilting in 2006 and have been completely hooked ever since. I love unusual designs and color combinations that truly make each bag and quilt unique. 

The name "The Barley Quilt" is two fold. I grew up among wheat and barley fields in Colfax, Washington. When I was doing my student teaching, my master teacher decided to start calling me Barley.

I hope you enjoy the quilts and bags as much as each piece is completed with love and passion. 

I also complete custom work. I charge $15.00 an hour labor plus materials. Contact me if you have a quilt or bag you would like made for you. On average it takes about 30 to 90 days to complete a project.
